Join us at Poco for an exclusive evening of food, wine, and collaboration on Thursday 23rd April 2026 at 7pm.
For one night only, we welcome guest chef Henry Wadsworth, former Sous Chef at Raymond Blanc’s two Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, cooking alongside Poco’s new Head Chef Dorin Jeler, previously of Bristol’s Michelin-starred Wilson’s.
Together, they will present a four-course set menu, celebrating seasonal produce, precise technique, and thoughtful, ingredient-led cooking.
Each course will be paired with a carefully selected wine flight, designed to complement and elevate every dish throughout the evening.
