10 years of Poco!

This year we celebrate our 10th anniversary. Ten years of serving our community the best produce our local lands and waters have to offer.

Covid Safe practises are still in place here.

  • Until infection rates are lower and all of our team are fully vaccinated, we’re still asking guests (and staff) to wear masks when moving around the restaurant.

  • We still have screens in place and continue to operate at reduced capacity.

Our Food

Celebrating seasonal bounty and supporting the best of our local producers. We are now offering a choice of two carefully crafted set menus; Root To Fruit & Nose To Tail. They are adaptable and can accommodate any dietary requirements.

Our menus, designed by Head Chef Ian Clark, showcase ingredients that are selected for their locality, exceptional quality, and sustainable credentials. We endeavour to waste nothing, a motivation that fuels our creativity and has led us to some unique and special techniques for preparing and utilising often wasted ingredients.

No Compromise, Even in Crisis

It’s a rocky road we’re all on at the moment, with a lot of change in the wind. One thing that has not and will not change is our commitment to operating sustainably and using our business to support the web of incredible small scale food producers we have here in Bristol. We couldn’t feel any more validated in our passionate support of localised food systems; when globalised systems break down and the supermarket shelves are empty, look who’s still got the goods.
