Join us for an exclusive evening celebrating the wines, food and culture of Château Peyrassol, one of Provence's most historic and prestigious wine estates.
Founded by the Knights Templar and nestled amongst the rolling hills of Provence, Château Peyrassol has become internationally renowned for producing elegant, world-class Côtes de Provence wines, particularly its exceptional Rosés.
For this special one-night-only event, we are delighted to welcome Louise Carpentier, Export Director for Vignobles Austruy, the family-owned group behind Château Peyrassol. Louise will join Poco's favourite Sommelier Dan O'Keefe to guide guests through four carefully selected wines, offering a unique insider's perspective on the estate, its history, vineyards and winemaking philosophy.
At Peyrassol, wine and food go hand in hand. The estate is home to two acclaimed restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Chez Jeannette and the much-loved Bistro de Lou, reflecting a deep commitment to Provençal hospitality and gastronomy. Inspired by this philosophy, Poco's chefs have created a special four-course French-inspired menu, with each dish carefully paired to showcase the character and elegance of the wines.
The evening will also explore the remarkable story of owner Philippe Austruy, whose collection of prestigious estates spans Bordeaux, Tuscany and Portugal, while Château Peyrassol remains the heart and soul of the family portfolio.

• Four-course French-inspired menu
